Traveling this summer? Have you bought your tickets yet? This month we are going to journey through Proverbs, beginning this week with a look at how God's Word is the ticket to real success in life. Proverbs 1:1-7; 2:4-8; 3:5-6, 11-12 will be our road map. Take a mental snapshot of a person who measures success by wealth, power, or any other worldly standard. Next, picture a life that measures success by obedience to God's Word. What's different? Why does the second provide a better journey? How are you measuring your success? Pack your bags, but remember to leave room for keepsakes of truth you'll want to take back home.
