When have you been in a situation---perhaps involving work, a relationship, a family crisis, pursuing education goals, or other---where you thought, "I cannot continue this another day"? If you stuck with it anyway, how did you determine that it was the right thing to do? How did you manage to hold on? God will help you determine what to continue and what to cease.
