This year we decided to get the children involved in a local mission project. Since we were going with a farm theme, we decided to have a class contest collecting can goods & non-perishable items and donate all of it to "HELPING HANDS" here in Georgetown. The kids and adults really got into it. We collected a whopping "1006" items. And the offering collected for the week will also be given. The offering was around $275.

Savannah really got into the spirit of VBS this week. I came home from work and she had her hair braided. My little farmer girl has been a great helper this week!!!
