Everyone was bouncing ideas off of each other.
Checking out the schedules and making plans.
We had decorations pre-made for everyone to look at. The overhead projector and supplies are available for whoever would like to use it.
"Fruits" for the spirt were provided, as well as some other goodies.
We even had some country time lemonade.
T-shirts were handed out. If you were unable to attend please see me to pick it up.
The youth were a great help. They came and decorated the green 2 liter bottles that everyone brought and made them into watermelons.

Even though Savannah is not quite old enough for the youth, she was a great helper as well. She came early & stay late, setting up & cleaning up for Susan & I.
