The news this week regarding the stock market and investments remind us that many adults place their confidence in investments on certain stocks or funds. Many people are often let down by things in which they placed their confidence. Knowing that our Lord God is always consistent, reliable,and always available deepens our confidence in Him "as we trust Him to guide us, comfort us, and keep us secure in Him".
This Sunday we'll study the very familiar and much loved Psalm 23. Here's a challenge. Rewrite it as it pertains to you. For example: "He holds my hand when I am afraid. His voice comforts me in my distress." This can truly be a prayer of thanksgiving for all that God has done for you!
